I hardly ever wear black shoes. In fact, I only own maybe 2 or three pairs of black shoes. I just think they are usually too formal to wear outside of work. Because of that, the Weejuns that I bought on a whim just sit in my closet because on the one hand loafers are casual but being black makes them formal. I usually struggle when trying to find a way to wear these casually. I decided to dress these down with the use of some color (purple madras shirt) and purple socks. This was worn on Saturday for a day of shopping and errand running. What better time to try something new out?
